We collect basic customer details such as names, phone numbers, addresses, and emails solely to complete order processing and provide customer support when needed. Before shipping, we may contact you via email or WhatsApp to confirm your order details.
Your information is shared only with our delivery partner to ensure accurate and timely delivery. For payments, we currently operate internally and may integrate with Paymob in the future, while maintaining strict confidentiality over all customer data.
We store customer information long-term to improve service quality, track order history, and assist with future inquiries. You can request to update or access your information at any time by contacting us through DM.
We do not use cookies, tracking tools, or external analytics on our platform. All personal data is handled responsibly and never sold or shared with third parties outside the purposes mentioned above.
Return and refund policy
We accept returns within 1-2 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition. In case of any manufacturing issue, customers must send a clear photo within 2 hours of receiving the product for quick resolution. Returns are accepted, but shipping fees are non-refundable and are covered by the customer. Approved refunds are processed the same day through Instapay, while customers may also reach us any time through DM or email to initiate the return process.
Terms of service
By placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Delivery takes 2–7 days depending on location. Shipping fees vary within Cairo and Giza, and governorate delivery fees differ by area.
Orders can be canceled only before shipping. Prices are fixed once your order is placed. Customers must provide accurate information for successful delivery and follow the wash instructions to maintain product quality. Any issues after delivery will be evaluated case by case.
We accept Cash on Delivery, Visa, Instapay, and Apple Pay. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
